National Center of Accreditation recalls the need to harmonize the forms of scope of accreditation in accordance with RI 03-07.09 “MS. Accreditation process. Application consideration and resource review” when submitting all types of applications in the post-accreditation period. In addition, in order to provide the possibility of searching for information on the scope of accreditation, when converting the file of the scope of accreditation to PDF format, it is necessary to provide direct conversion from Microsoft Word / Excel to PDF formats (i.e. converting the printed paper scope of accreditation to PDF by scanning it unacceptable!!!).
At the same time, we would like to inform you that scopes of accreditation sent in an outdated form or with an incorrectly converted PDF format will be sent to:
1) for revision when reissuing an accreditation certificate;
2) to eliminate the nonconformity within the framework of planned assessments.
